No, I didn't.

I needed blood, if you had said no I'd of tried to look for another.
I wasn't desperate yet... although I really wish I could of solved a lot of grief by contacting Negi.

Tatsuki said that she offered you some of her blood, and then you stabbed yourself. I wasn't sure why you would, I mean, it didn't make sense.
